These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of X Court Cebu ("X Court", "we", "us") website, mobile apps, and booking services for our pickleball venue in Cogon Pardo, Cebu City, Philippines. By creating an account, booking a court, or using X Court, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You may sign in with email and password or supported providers such as Google, Apple, or Facebook. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or put the venue or other players at risk.
When you visit X Court you must follow staff instructions, posted house rules, and applicable law. We may refuse entry or end a session for unsafe play, damage to property, harassment, or other misconduct. You are responsible for your guests and for any damage you cause beyond normal wear.
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, unauthorized access, payment fraud, spam, or attempts to disrupt booking systems. Do not use X Court for unlawful activity.
X Court branding, site content, and app materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.
Pickleball involves physical risk. You play and visit the venue at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, X Court is not liable for injury, lost belongings, or indirect damages arising from use of the venue or the service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
The website and apps are provided as available. We may change features, hours, prices, or availability without prior notice when needed to operate the venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of X Court after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of Cebu City, Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
