Who we are

X Court Cebu ("X Court", "we", "us") operates a pickleball court booking service in Cogon Pardo, Cebu City, Philippines, including our website and mobile apps.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number (optional), password or sign-in via Google.
• Booking and payment details: court, date/time, amounts, payment method, and payment proof photos you upload. Card and wallet credentials are handled by payment providers (such as PayMongo / GCash); we do not store full card numbers.
• Messages you send in booking chat or support tickets, including photos attached for support or payment review.
• Profile preferences such as avatar, language, and appearance.
• Basic usage and device information needed to run the service (for example account IDs and server logs).

How we use information

• Create and manage your account.
• Process court bookings, holds, confirmations, and refunds.
• Verify payments and communicate about your reservations.
• Provide customer support and booking chat with staff.
• Send service emails (and news or updates only if you opt in).
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate X Court, including hosting, email delivery, and payment processors. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or venue safety.

Retention

We keep account and booking records as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account in Profile settings in the app or website. After deletion, booking and payment records may be retained without your personal account details where required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

X Court is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can update profile details in the app, manage notification or news preferences where offered, and delete your account from Profile settings. You may also contact us to access or correct your data subject to legal retention needs.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of X Court after an update means you accept the revised policy.
